When you want to eat healthy, organic food is better for you. This means that fruits and veggies are not sprayed with pesticides or other waxy substances to make them fresher longer. However, eating healthy is not cheap, which is why it is easier to buy less healthy food if you want to save money. Don’t cheap out. Try not to eat anything that comes out of a box from the grocery store or a window at a restaurant.
There are benefits to eating organic. You will not be ingesting the chemicals sprayed on the food. They taste better. You will not be eating genetically modified foods (GMO). It will help to avoid diseases and complications caused by eating traces of the chemicals used by farmers. And, if you buy locally, you will be supporting local organic farmers instead of giant corporate farms.
Feed your body with fresher foods.
